Manager - Finance Operations

As a Finance Operations Manager at Kirana Club, you will play a crucial role in owning billing, reconciliation, and cash-flow insights to empower small retailers with news, knowledge, and growth opportunities. You will be based in Bangalore and work towards revolutionizing general trade in India at an incredible pace. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee automated invoice generation for e-commerce orders and validate invoices for accurate billing. - Coordinate GST filings with the outsourced partner to ensure compliance. - Maintain cash-flow forecasts and develop P&L and unit-economics dashboards for informed decision-making. - Create SOPs, Excel macros, or integrations using tools like Tally, Zoho, or ERP for efficient operations. - Utilize light SQL/BI scripting for reconciliation and report generation. - Collaborate with 3PLs, product, tech teams, and outsourced accountants to surface insights on revenue leakage and return trends. - Analyze transaction data and profit margins to recommend pricing strategies and support pricing decisions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum CA-Inter / ICWA-Inter certification; CA/CPA or MBA in Finance would be a plus. - 3-6 years of experience in high-volume finance roles within e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or logistics industry. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Advanced Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros. - Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks. - Strong communication skills and proactive approach towards problem-solving.
