Manager - Digital Sales and E-Commerce (E Commerce)

The Manager - Ecommerce will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategies, managing online marketing campaigns, and overseeing the development and maintenance of our ecommerce platform.

• Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and improve online sales
• Lead and manage a team of ecommerce professionals to achieve sales, marketing, and customer service goals
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform ecommerce decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives
• Optimize ecommerce platforms, including website design, user experience, and functionality, to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
• Manage and maintain ecommerce budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI optimization
• Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation plans to measure ecommerce performance and inform future strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business results
• Identify and mitigate ecommerce risks, such as security threats and inventory management issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth ecommerce operations
