Manager, Data Visualisation (Power BI)

This role will be a part of the Performance Reporting & Analytics team based in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners across LSEG Groups Divisions and Functions to prepare and deliver insightful analysis that supports and drives decision-making. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing high-quality interactive dashboards and scorecards in Power BI for Senior Leadership Teams. You will write complex SQL queries and custom views, develop ETL queries with M language in Power Query, and build data models based on Star Schema or snowflake in Power BI. Connecting and mashup of different sources like SQL, Excels, CSV's, API's, Online sources, etc (On-Premises/Cloud) will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will streamline processes end-to-end, automate data flows, and maintain Dashboards, incorporating changes in hierarchy, metrics, and organization alignments. Additionally, you will be responsible for access management of users, building advanced DAX functions/calculations, and monitoring Dashboard performance and usage statistics. To excel in this role, you should have 9+ years of experience in Dashboarding/Data visualization roles, with specific exposure to Microsoft Power BI for at least 7 years. Strong knowledge of Power BI, ETL, SQL, data modeling, and database concepts are essential. Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, and other data visualization tools would be beneficial. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delivering valuable insights and focusing on continuous improvement.
