Job Overview:

The Head Channel Partner is responsible for developing and managing channel partner networks to drive sales and bookings for high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Drive sales bookings and revenue targets for high-rise residential apartment projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel partner network across Chennai.
• Lead and motivate the channel sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate site visits, customer negotiations, and booking closures with channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor pricing, and channel partner productivity.
• Maintain sales MIS reports and ensure timely channel partner commission payouts.

.Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in real estate sales, with substantial experience in channel sales leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in high-rise residential apartment projects.
• Strong network of active channel partners and property consultants in Chennai.
• Experience managing large residential projects, preferably high-rise developments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate pricing, competitor analysis, booking procedures, and sales documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales MIS reporting.

Compensation: As per company standards.
