Profile Brief We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base in government projects. Job description · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. · Identify potential clients and market opportunities within the government sector. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. · Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. · Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. · Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials. · Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
