Job Description

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), CPA, CFE, CAMS, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in forensic investigations, fraud risk management, disputes, regulatory investigations, financial crime compliance, or forensic accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing forensic investigation engagements.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, fraud schemes, governance frameworks, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience interacting with senior management, audit committees, legal counsel, compliance functions, and regulators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets; exposure to forensic data analytics tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including engagement planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
