Primary Responsibility: Sales Team Productivity Management (Pan India) Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track PCPM (Per Capita Per Month) , secondary sales, and validate with primary sales data. Monitor individual and regional sales team performance against set KPIs. Generate and analyze reports on sales trends, productivity, and growth patterns. Field Force Productivity & Review Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports of field employees. Identify high and low-performing employees/regions and take corrective actions. Implement productivity improvement strategies for underperforming team members. Sales Data Validation & Analysis Ensure secondary sales data is aligned with primary sales and stock movement. Identify discrepancies and validate sales reports through cross-verification. Provide insights to management on revenue gaps, stock issues, and sales potential. Performance Reporting to Management Submit detailed reports on sales performance, PCPM trends, and territory-wise analysis . Highlight areas of low and high performance , along with action plans for improvement. Present productivity dashboards with sales team efficiency metrics. Training & Incentive Programs Identify training needs based on performance analysis and arrange skill enhancement programs. Develop and implement sales incentive plans to boost productivity. Secondary Responsibility: Trade Marketing (Pharma & Homeopathy Products) Retail & Channel Partner Engagement Develop and implement trade promotions, schemes, and retailer engagement plans. Enhance secondary sales through targeted marketing campaigns. Market & Competitor Analysis Track competitor strategies in trade marketing and analyze their impact. Assess consumer behavior, market trends, and demand patterns. Brand Visibility & In-Store Promotions Ensure proper implementation of in-store branding and promotional materials. Organize trade marketing activities, including product launches and awareness programs. Collaboration & Strategy Development Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams for strategic decision-making. Align trade marketing initiatives with overall business growth objectives.
