Manage Consulting Expert- AI Architect

As a Manage Consulting Expert- AI Architect at CGI, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. With your 13-16 years of experience in software and AI systems design, including working with large language models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks like LangChain, you will be responsible for designing robust and scalable architectures for AI/ML systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing AI features and services in enterprise-grade products with maintainable code and developing solutions using LangChain, orchestration frameworks, and vector database technologies. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Your strategic architectural planning combined with tactical engineering execution will bring intelligent applications to life. Additionally, you will guide teams on best practices for AI system integration, deployment, and monitoring, defining and implementing architecture governance, patterns, and reusable frameworks for AI applications. Staying current with emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies will be essential as you continuously enhance architecture strategy, oversee the development of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and ensure that systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing in production environments. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and architects to build strong AI and engineering capabilities within the team. To be successful in this role, you must have 13-16 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML system architecture and delivery. Your expertise should include developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments, deep knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and vector search, strong programming and system design skills, and exceptional communication abilities to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership will also be beneficial. Moreover, your proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, and SQL, AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers, data processing tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Pandas, and Dask, as well as cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud AI will be valuable assets in this role. Familiarity with MLOps & DevOps tools, databases, and platforms will further enhance your capabilities.
