o Ensuring the discipline, safety, welfare and well-being of all hostel students.
o Conducting regular inspections of rooms, common areas, mess, dining areas, recreation rooms, etc., and maintaining relevant logs.
o Coordinating with academic and administrative staff of Xylem Learning to ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel (including admissions, room allocation, maintenance, repairs).
o Addressing grievances of hostel residents and liaising with management for timely resolution.
o Maintaining attendance, visitor logs, maintenance records, inventory of furnishings, hostel rules and regulations compliance.
o Organizing orientation / induction for new hostel residents; implementing hostel policies, curfews, safety protocols, and emergency evacuations.
o Any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
