MALE PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This role involves working with diverse patient populations, including those in home community care, outpatient settings, and acute care environments. The Physiotherapist will develop and implement individualized care plans to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, techniques, and care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Provide support for patients across various settings including geriatrics, pediatrics, outpatient clinics, and hospitals.

Experience

• A degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice is preferred; experience in home community care or acute care settings is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to rehabilitation practices.
• Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including elderly patients and children.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
