Male Collections Executive (Field)

Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Collections Executive to recover payments from shops that have received goods on credit. The candidate must be familiar with areas in Lucknow , able to use GPS for navigation , and comfortable reading in English . This is a field job requiring daily travel to different shop locations. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail shops/outlets across Lucknow to collect pending payments. Maintain a daily log of collections and update status. Convince and follow up with customers for timely payments. Submit collected payments and reports to the accounts team. Build cordial relationships with shop owners for future transactions. Requirements: Must know English (Basic conversational level required) Thorough knowledge of Lucknow’s areas and addresses Ability to use GPS and navigate efficiently Owns a two-wheeler vehicle with valid driving license Convincing and polite communication skills Prior experience in collections, field work, or sales preferred Background Check: Police verification will be conducted before joining Reference check from previous employer is mandatory Perks: Fixed salary of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 (in hand) Petrol expenses reimbursed separately Incentives based on total monthly collections Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Which vehicle do you have?
