Qualification : Graduates or Undergraduates
Salary Range :Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s previous take-home salary
Shift : 6 days of working and 1 rotational off
Location : Mount road , Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities :
* Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.
* Make outbound calls to customers for sales, collections, or other purposes.
* Process customer requests and update records accordingly.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
