We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a Malayalam Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and update system details.
  • Follow company processes and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory).
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to work from the office .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Malayalam (Required)
