Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Online Malayalam Teacher to join our virtual faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Malayalam language and literature to students in Grades. You will play a vital role in helping students develop reading, writing, and speaking skills in Malayalam while creating a culturally rich and student-friendly learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live interactive online classes in Malayalam language and literature Prepare lesson plans and digital learning resources aligned with the prescribed syllabus Teach grammar, reading comprehension, writing skills, poetry, and prose with clear explanations and cultural context Assess student progress through online assessments, activities, and feedback Maintain a positive and inclusive virtual classroom atmosphere Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding student performance Participate in virtual staff meetings, training sessions, and academic planning activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Malayalam, Language & Literature, or equivalent B.Ed or formal teacher training preferred Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (online teaching experience is an advantage) Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and screen-sharing software Stable internet connection and ability to teach in an online setup effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 14/06/2025
