Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Technical Assistance & Trouble shooting Responsible for PFMS handholding Troubleshooting of PFMS queries. Responsible for technical support in priyasoft (Departmental portal), E-swaraj (Departmental Portal), other govt. software tools if any. Shall Monitor the taluka/gram panchayat activities on a daily basis. Shall provide assistance to district level govt. authorities in hand-holding of PFMS tool. Shall provide support to taluka level employees. Shall travel and provide onsite support to taluka offices as and when required Coach the taluka and district offices to handle the PFMS system when rolled out. Shall be flexible for providing knowledge transfer to district and taluka level officers and employees in case of any upgradation in the system. Shall assist and guide the district officers in agency creation, identification of beneficiary, registration of beneficiary in the system. Liaising & Coordination Shall liaison with respective stake holders to resolve critical issues. Shall liaise and co-ordinate with state level and taluka level teams for daily activities. Shall liaise with Bank and district offices on BAU requirements such as data requests etc. MIS Preparation Shall assist district officials in generating MIS pertaining to daily productivity or tasks completed in the PFMS tools. Assist the district officials in various adhoc reports. Assist district officials in the preparation of reports for successful and failed transactions. Assist district officials in maintaining banking records of beneficiaries. Assist in maintaining data for transfer of funds. Data Validation. Validate the details of funds transferred from district to taluka and gram panchayat. Validate the data prepared by district officials for identification of beneficiaries. Validate the data sent to bank for fund transfer as per records maintained. Validate the details generated in PPA with the details registered with bank. Validate the details of failed transactions and share reports with district official. Validate the details of amount received for a project is not over utilised and to report in case of any difference. Miscellaneous Should conduct presentation and seminars related to PFMS at district offices. Should conduct training workshops related to PFMS at district offices. Identify improvement opportunities, develop and drive appropriate action plans for quality enhancement. Defining and publishing dashboards and review of parameters to improve the customer service delivery.
