Role Overview: The Head Human Resources will lead the Groups HR function across all locations, with primary responsibility for: The Cement Plant in Guwahati , and The Specialty Alumina Greenfield Project in Abu Dhabi . The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the Groups HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and building a high-performance, people-centric culture across entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR strategy, policies, and systems across the Group. Manage end-to-end HR operations for both the Cement Unit (Guwahati) and the Specialty Alumina Project (Abu Dhabi) . Drive talent acquisition , performance management , organization development , and leadership development . Establish HR frameworks and manpower planning for the greenfield alumina project . Ensure effective industrial relations and statutory compliance across all units. Design and implement HR digitalization , automation, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with senior management to align people strategy with organizational growth plans. Develop and implement C&B structures, HR policies, and employee engagement programs. Provide strategic HR advisory to the Managing Director and business heads. Desired Candidate Profile: Postgraduate in HR / IR / Personnel Management (MBA / MSW / PGDM). 1520 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing or process industries (preferably Cement / Metal / Heavy Industry). Proven exposure to greenfield project HR setup . Experience in HRIS implementation (preferably Keka) Strong IR & compliance management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Prior experience managing multi-location operations (India + overseas preferred).
