Maintenance Technician

Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician at our company, your role will involve responding quickly in the event of an emergency, notifying appropriate personnel, and following safety protocols. You will be responsible for conducting maintenance of electrical systems and surveying buildings to repair mechanical systems to ensure they comply with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, and conduct repairs when necessary. You will also be involved in aiding in budget development and ensuring it is followed. Key Responsibilities: - Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol - Conduct maintenance of electrical systems - Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations - Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary - Aid in budget development and ensure it is followed Qualifications Required: - Ability to commute/relocate to Mangalore, Karnataka - Experience: total work of 1 year (Preferred) In addition to the job role, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
