You will be responsible for leading the maintenance operations of the Assembly Line as a Section Head. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience, with a B.E. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Your key responsibilities will include managing maintenance activities for assembly line equipment, ensuring high equipment uptime, planning preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, implementing safety systems, driving continuous improvement, maintaining documentation and compliance, and managing a team of maintenance technicians and engineers. You will work with a variety of equipment including conveyors, oil/fuel filling machines, electric hoists & cranes, turnover devices, PLC systems, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, wheel alignment machines, marking machines, fixtures, and MHE battery-operated equipment. The desired skills for this role include a strong knowledge of PLC systems, experience in assembly shop maintenance, proficiency in maintenance metrics such as MTTR, MTBF, and uptime, effective maintenance planning and execution, and proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Soft skills and attributes required for this position include excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, both written and spoken.
