Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure all lights are switch off in the morning Note Energymeter reading Daily Note MSEB reading Daily Visit Each work station Discuss with operator & observe Machine abnormalities Close Oil leakages ,Air Leakage & coolant leakage points on each equipement and plant area Check & Sign Daily start up check sheet are filled up. Ensure Every machine & Fixture is cleaned by Operator Ensure All Pokayoke are in Running condition Ensure all oil levels are ok Ensure all pressure gauges are in Ok condition Attend & clear Break down notes and breakdown register to be update Monitor & Maintain all the records as per IS, TS Monitor & Maintain all fire extingusher Ensure AMC work performed by AMC provider for equipments Preventive & predictive maintenance to be done as per plan & fill report Critical spare part monitoring for all equipments Jig fixture reconditioning and replacement of wear part as plan Handling assigned work orders and PMs (inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc.) Dealing with incoming work requests Breakdown and service Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors; most often maintenance manager or facilities manager Using your history record file & maintainance reciept log maintenance work in register Solving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (Dis)assembling/installing new machines, condition monitoring sensors, equipment, etc.
