Job description Location: Gurgaon Experience: 4–6 years Immediate Opening We are building a modern house of brands in the fragrance, beauty, and wellness space. As we expand, we are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Creative Designer who can independently manage our visual design requirements across packaging, social media, website creatives, and AI-generated visuals. This is a hands-on design role that requires strong aesthetic judgment, brand understanding, and the ability to translate ideas into clean, premium visual content. The ideal candidate is someone who combines creativity with technical execution and is comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Design packaging across multiple product categories, including labels, boxes, sleeves, and brand extensions Create high-quality, brand-aligned social media graphics Generate AI-driven visuals for website use, campaign concepts, and product storytelling Develop comprehensive brand assets including icons, typography systems, patterns, and colour palettes Create website banners, hero images, Amazon listing graphics, and other digital assets Translate creative direction and feedback quickly and accurately Maintain a unified and premium visual language across fragrance, beauty, and wellness brands Deliver fast, clean design outputs with minimal supervision Collaborate closely with founders and content teams to ensure aligned brand expression Stay updated with design, packaging, D2C, and AI visual trends ⸻ Required Skills and Background 4–6 years of professional design experience, including packaging and digital content Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Working knowledge of Figma or Canva for quick outputs Solid understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and modern brand design Proven experience in packaging design, including dielines and print-ready files Ability to create or enhance visuals using AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) Strong portfolio showcasing premium-looking social media designs Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and deliver on timelines High attention to detail, professionalism, and comfort with startup environments ⸻ Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered) ⸻ Who Will Thrive in This Role A designer who combines creativity with disciplined execution Someone who enjoys building brand visuals from the ground up A self-starter comfortable with responsibility and independent decision-making Someone with a strong eye for premium aesthetics, minimalism, and modern D2C design language A designer who is curious, adaptable, and excited to work with AI and emerging tools ⸻ Compensation ₹55,000 – ₹65,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio strength.
