The sales team is the worst. They keep on extending the dates for my car booking, and most of the time, the Sales guy "Govind" is so busy that he'll not even pick up the phone, and when he picks up most of the times he says he's busy.

No value of time. They took 4+ hours for 1st service. I follow up regularly. Then they take the above mentioned hour. Realy disappointed. It has been almost 6 months but till now no update regarding mute button. Agency's management plz take it as strong feedback.
