Staff are excellent & helpful. However, the showroom facilities need to be revamped urgently, as most times their AC doesn't work, the internet seems to be perpetually down, bottled water provided to guests & customers are usually stale indicating they are beyond expiry dates, washroom is not very well maintained etc.

Worst dealer of Mahindra. Before buying any car from them please check it properly, they sold a repainted car to me. Their service is also pathetic in all aspects. Do not buy from them.

Would request Owners to be careful while going to NR Autos Service Center. I took my Scorpion n for my first service of 1000 Kms and service manager handed over the car in quick time without "Washing & Cleaning" . I noted the Tax Invoice …
