We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the sales of Bajaj motorcycles. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a strong background in automotive or two-wheeler sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Required: Education: Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university. An MBA or Diploma in Sales/Marketing will be a definite plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in direct sales within the two-wheeler or automotive sector . Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Manage inventory effectively to optimize sales and minimize holding costs. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as Bajaj Auto's guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Organize and participate in promotional events and marketing activities to boost sales.
