Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients across Madurai and Tamil Nadu for our IT, web development, e-commerce, ERP, and CRM solutions. Conduct sales meetings, deliver product presentations, and clearly explain service benefits. Follow up with leads from Naukri, inbound inquiries, referrals, and field visits. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update daily/weekly reports. Collaborate with internal tech and marketing teams to ensure smooth deal closures. Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent outreach and client engagement. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the Madurai region. Preferred candidate profile 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales. Strong communication skills in Tamil & English . Candidates from Madurai or nearby areas are strongly preferred. Prior experience in IT sales, software sales, digital services, or SaaS is an added advantage. Must be comfortable with local travel for client meetings. Energetic, self-driven, and confident with good negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present the right solutions. Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates are preferred.
