As a Trade/Market Surveillance Analyst at Technementals Innovation India Private Limited, you will be responsible for supporting the Trade/Market Surveillance department and Risk Management department in Chennai. Your main responsibilities will include investigating potential market abuse cases, reporting reviews, investigating alerts related to unusual trading behavior like market manipulation and insider trading, conducting financial markets research, preparing daily Risk Management reports, communicating with other departments for relevant research, preparing management information regarding case reviews, assisting in the development and calibration of surveillance tools and algorithms, creating and maintaining requirement documentation, and performing other assignments as assigned by Management. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Trade/Market Surveillance Analyst, a Bachelor's degree or higher, an interest in trading with financial instruments, an understanding of financial markets, good analytical logic regarding clients" trading behavior, a strong interest in macroeconomic events and their impact on markets, a basic understanding of statistics, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel including lookups and pivot tables, an interest in learning program languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and excellent written and spoken English skills. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from the office located at SKCL Prime, Plot No-C46A, Cipet road, Fourth Floor, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Alandur, Guindy, Chennai - 032.
