Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role also involves leading sales teams, setting and achieving revenue targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively. Additionally, the role requires a proactive approach in analyzing market trends and maintaining competitive insights to drive growth. Qualifications Proven ability in Sales/Business Development and Revenue Growth Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development achieving the set targets Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to conduct Market Analysis and maintain competitive awareness Bachelor’s degree is must Prior experience in the building materials or interior contracts sector is a plus
