Machinist Lathe Operator

As a Machinist, Lathe Machine Operator, your role will involve preparing the lathe for specific jobs, selecting and installing appropriate tooling, and setting cutting speeds and feed rates. You will be responsible for turning, boring, threading, forming, and facing various materials to create the desired shapes and dimensions. Experience in handling CNC Machines, Fanus programming, and Milling machine operation will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the lathe for specific jobs - Select and install appropriate tooling - Set cutting speeds and feed rates - Turn, bore, thread, form, and face various materials - Handle CNC Machines, Fanus programming, and Milling machine operation Qualifications Required: - Minimum ITI qualification - 5 or more years of industrial experience - Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education The company is located in Vasai, Maharashtra, and you must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
