3.1.4 Experience Eight (08) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in Refining/Petrochemical Environment.
3.1.5 Age limit Not over the age of Fifty (50) years.
3.1.6 Pre-Qualification and Certification
Industrial secondary school graduation certificate, Mechanical Diploma/Trade Certificate and experience certificates which should show his capability to operate milling, turning, shaping, grinding machine in machine shop for at least eight (08) to ten (10) years.
3.1.1 Primary purpose of the SERVICES
- To carry out all types of machining such as turning, facing, milling, shaping, boring, drilling and grinding.
3.1.2 Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of the necessary jigs and fixtures for machining non-regular shapes and work pieces.
- Identification of different types of materials, mainly for its machinability.
- Machining up to the different grades of accuracy, surface roughness, tolerance and fits mainly in milling operations.
- Safety awareness in machining operations.
- The individual should do the maintenance work for the different type of machine in the machine shop such as lathe, milling, grinding, boring, drilling, and shaping machine.
