Manage contract renewals, expansions, and amendments. Job Requirements: BE -: Mechanical / Production/ Instrumentation / Automation / Control system preferred. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in enterprise selling with Pharma, FMCG or any process industry. Master s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development. Strong understanding of the enterprise market and industry dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
