Machine operator

Job Summary:

The Machine Operator / Robotics Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated machinery and robotic systems used in the production process. The role involves ensuring smooth machine operations, conducting basic troubleshooting, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement in an automated production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated machines and robotic systems as per standard operating procedures.
• Set up machines and robots for production runs, ensuring proper calibration and programming.
• Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and cleaning of robotic equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical or programming issues to the maintenance or engineering team.
• Load raw materials and manage outputs in coordination with production requirements.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report daily output and downtime.
• Follow all safety and operational protocols when handling machinery and robots.
• Assist engineers in testing new robotic programs or system upgrades.
• Ensure continuous workflow, minimal downtime, and optimal machine performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of robotics, PLCs, and automated production systems.
• Hands-on experience with machine operation and troubleshooting (training acceptable for fresher roles).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret drawings.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work in shifts and production environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
