Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Autocartonator machine as per the

  batch packaging records (BPR)

   and

  standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  .
• Set and adjust machine parameters (speed, count, sensor alignment) for optimal performance and minimal wastage.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure

  correct alignment, feeding, bundling, and stacking

   of packs or cartons.
• Conduct routine

  in-process checks

   and report any deviation or defect to the supervisor or QA team.
• Record machine start/end times, output, and downtime in the logbook or ERP system as applicable.
• Clean and maintain the machine and work area as per

  cleaning validation protocols

   and

  cGMP

  .
• Ensure proper reconciliation of packaging materials and report any discrepancy.
• Assist during line clearance and changeover activities between batches or products.
• Comply with all

  safety

  ,

  EHS

  , and

  data integrity

   policies of the company.
• Report any abnormality, breakdown, or safety issue to the concerned authority immediately.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum

  10th Pass / ITI / Diploma

   (preferably in mechanical or production engineering).

• 2-5 years

   of relevant experience in operating Autocartonator machines in a pharmaceutical packaging unit.
• Working knowledge of

  cGMP

  ,

  GDP

  , and

  pharma packaging documentation

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Autocartonator machines from brands like

  ACG PAMPAC Model CP 120 or similar.

• Basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance capability.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, etc.).
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining

  quality and compliance
