As an individual contributor at Adobe Express, you will have the opportunity to develop ML models, platforms, and services covering the entire ML lifecycle. The AI Foundation Team at Adobe Express is focused on developing a groundbreaking AI stack using internal and external technologies to enhance feature speed and quality, collaborate with teams, and improve user experience. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing advanced ML models and pipelines for training and inference at scale, including techniques in computer vision, NLP, deep learning, and generative AI. Your role will also involve integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based frameworks to support multimodal creative workflows, collaborating with multi-functional teams to translate product requirements into ML solutions, and developing robust platforms for continuous model training, experimentation, A/B testing, and monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, design, and implement advanced ML models and pipelines for training and inference - Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based frameworks for multimodal creative workflows - Collaborate with teams to translate product requirements into ML solutions - Develop platforms for continuous model training, experimentation, A/B testing, and monitoring - Leverage distributed computing technologies and cloud infrastructures for data processing and real-time inference - Implement reliable APIs and microservices for serving ML models to end users - Stay updated on emerging ML research, tools, and frameworks **Qualifications Required:** - PhD or Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science or related field - 14+ years of industry experience - Proficiency in Python and Java for ML model development - Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch - Proficiency in computer vision and NLP techniques - Experience in developing RESTful web services and microservices architectures - Proficiency with UNIX environments, Git, and Jenkins In addition to the technical responsibilities, you can look forward to expanding model coverage to include more creative tasks, improving model architectures for better latency and accuracy, and integrating federated learning or domain adaptation strategies to reach diverse audiences.
