About the Role

This isn’t just another sales role — it’s your chance to represent one of Kerala’s most exclusive and premium boutique villa projects. We’re seeking an ambitious, confident, and luxury-driven Sales Manager who can connect with UHNI, HNI, and NRI clients, and has the charisma to sell not just property, but lifestyle and legacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales for Kerala’s most prestigious boutique villas.
• Engage and build trust with UHNI, HNI, and NRI clients.
• Deliver immersive sales presentations and personalized villa tours.
• Negotiate and close high-value luxury deals with authority and discretion.
• Anticipate client aspirations and tailor solutions to match their lifestyle.

• Strong network-building and client engagement skills with elite clientele.
• Exceptional communication in English & Malayalam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aranattukara, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
