Problem occurred with sample collection boys regarding home collection.they neglected to collect sample of old age person in fasting.Gave complaint to manager he responded immediately.

They never pick up phone calls, the contact number given is of no use. Rude staff, doctors are worst, they can delay the reports but can't wait for 10 mins to see patients, attitude at it's peak. staff won't show empathy, no expressions, they show as if the patients are burden to them.
