You are looking for a Process Operator to join your team in Sambalpur within the Dairy Industry. With 1-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring dairy production processes according to the production schedule. Your main duties will include ensuring timely production activities to meet daily targets, operating and controlling batch processing equipment, and monitoring machinery such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, and separators. It will be crucial for you to maintain equipment by regularly inspecting, cleaning, and following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols in the production area. As a Process Operator, you will also need to track and analyze product losses during processing and implement corrective actions to minimize wastage. Monitoring proper cleaning-in-place (CIP) of pasteurizers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) will be essential to maintain hygiene regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring raw material usage as per formulations, maintaining accurate production documentation, and assisting the maintenance team during equipment breakdowns.
