Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of diagnostics and a good understanding of healthcare practices. A background in medicine and experience in phlebotomy is preferred. Responsibilities include resolving client/patient queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our client/patients’ trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent client/ patient support during all sales and after-sales procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to client/patient queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat • Identify client/patient needs and help client/patients use specific features • Analyze and report any problems during client/patient interactions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with client/patients • Monitor client/patient complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members • Inform client/patients about new features and functionalities • Follow up with client/patients to ensure their technical issues are resolved • Gather client/patient feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams • Provide expert guidance and support to client/patients regarding our diagnostics and health programs. • Ensure that all client/patient inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively, maintaining high client/patient satisfaction levels. • Handle escalated client/patient issues and provide solutions in a professional and empathetic manner. Qualifications: • Any Graduate. Preference for BSC / MSC in Microbiology / Biochemistry / Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) or a related field. • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Empathy and passion for helping others achieve better health outcomes.
