Logistics & Warehouse Manager

As an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager at The Wellness Shop, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations and ensuring smooth logistics flow for the e-commerce business. Your role will involve managing inbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch operations while maintaining accurate inventory levels through timely stock audits. You will also work closely with the NDR team and customer support team to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, coordinating daily with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and returns, optimizing warehouse processes for improved efficiency, monitoring dispatch accuracy, and ensuring operational compliance will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch. - Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely stock audits. - Work closely with the NDR team and customer support team for issue resolution. - Coordinate daily with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and returns. - Optimize warehouse processes for improved speed and efficiency. - Monitor dispatch accuracy and ensure operational compliance. Requirements: - Proven experience in warehouse & logistics management, preferably in an e-commerce company. - Strong knowledge of inventory control, NDR processes, and courier coordination. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
