Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics Supervisor located in Pune. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, ensuring smooth customer service, and coordinating ground and airport logistics. This role involves supervisory duties to ensure efficient and timely delivery of shipments. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Operations Management Minimum 2 years of work experience required. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills. Experience in Inventory Management. Ability to manage a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
