Job Description

Oversee the dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to manage stock availability for dispatch.
Prepare dispatch schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Generate invoices, delivery challans, and other necessary dispatch documents.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and pending orders.
Provide periodic reports to management on dispatch status and delays, if any.
Liaise with transport and logistics partners to arrange for timely and cost-effective transportation.
Communicate with clients and dealers regarding dispatch updates and tracking information.
Address and resolve any dispatch-related issues or discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure readiness for dispatch operations.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for packaging and labeling requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
