Logistic Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Executive to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, SAP ERP transactions, dispatch planning and transportation coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order processing, stock reconciliation, dispatch documentation and coordination with warehouse, production, quality and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inwarding, outwarding, stock storage and dispatch.
• Handle SAP ERP transactions related to Sales Orders, Delivery Processing, Invoice Processing, Production Orders, MIGO and stock transfers.
• Coordinate order-to-dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate material movement.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct physical stock verification and perform stock reconciliation.
• Prepare and verify E-Way Bills, delivery challans, LRs and other dispatch-related documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, distributors, customers and internal departments.
• Monitor picking, packing, loading and material handover activities.
• Verify purchase orders, quantities, batch details and supporting documents.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to stock, quantities, documentation and dispatch.
• Prepare daily inventory reports, dispatch reports and MIS records using MS Excel.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation for warehouse and logistics activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com or a relevant qualification preferred.
• 6–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch or C&F operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data filtering.
• Knowledge of E-Way Bills, challans, LRs and dispatch documentation.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities while maintaining data accuracy.
