Responsibilities Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment and physical assets of the company, be it the building, office space, or machinery Doing periodic checks of all the facilities that fall under the company, while ensuring that all safety standards are adhered to Make certain that all the maintenance budgets are observed and all maintenance work is completed on time Coordinate work performed by outside vendors Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates Supervise the condition of all the equipment in the establishment and the potential upgrades and maintenance it might need as a preventive maintenance plan Develop a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan for missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively Manage systems and equipment data storage, and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy Lead, train, and monitor the maintenance assistance staff and assess their performance to improve the systems Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs. Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary. Implement safety policies and procedures for the department Requirements Bachelor’s or diploma in EEE or related field required 2-5 years of experience working as a maintenance in-charge, repair in-charge, or in a related role Preferably for Class C electrical license holders Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules, and reporting in terms of maintenance work Hands-on experience in handling emergency situations effectively Understanding of legal safety regulations specific to India, within the Industry/Factory Knowledge of equipment, facilities, and machines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Do you have experience in Machinery repair and maintenance?
