Here’s what you’ll get stuck into: Customer journey marketing - understanding and optimizing the interactions our customer has with our brand, from initial awareness to post-purchase loyalty Managing projects with our external agencies, ensuring that everyone’s aligned, deadlines are met, and great work gets delivered Focusing on providing a positive and seamless experience at every touchpoint to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business Tailoring interactions and messaging at each stage of the journey to improve customer satisfaction and engagement Planning, delivering, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels like paid search, display, paid social, SEO, and email Testing, learning, and iterating to improve results - using data to spot what’s working (and what’s not) Collaborating across our operational channels to ensure that content is aligned, effective, and on-brand Bringing fresh ideas to the table and supporting wider marketing campaigns that make people sit up and take notice ✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who Has hands-on experience running digital campaigns across a mix of channels (e.g. PPC, paid social, email, SEO) Understands the Customer Journey and the touchpoints along the way Has a strong track record of managing external marketing agencies, building great relationships, keeping projects on track, and getting results.
