It's very nice to see such huge wine shop at KalyaniNagar Pune, Very polite and educated staff, nice to see huge range of wines with sommelier present at the store, The manager ( Prakash ) is very helpful , Fabulous in Pune

Very poor customer service. Inspite of being there for a hour and buying a lot of stuff there was no service at all . Lot of staff boys but all busy chatting amongst themselves and no knowledge of the stuff they sell . Stock is ok but they seriously need to pay attention to customers than chatting endlessly. Unprofessional.
