Ridiculous service! Priya Joshi who is the customer care executive is a brainless woman. A wrong order was sent and I was overcharged, but she kept denying to arrange for reverse pick up and provide a refund. She simply said come to our store and sort it out.

With a billing of ₹8,000 plus, atleast provide a carry bag. I'm sure the margin can accomodate the ₹20 charge for a bag.

This store is a spoilt spot on the reputation of living liquidz. Terrible customer service who will keep you hanging & back off in the end. Any local shops are definitely better.
