Lithography Process Engineer (E-Beam / Optical Lithography)

You will be responsible for designing and characterizing Quantum Processor, Cryogenic Quantum Control Circuits, RF Control Hardware, and QpiAI ASGP as a part of the QpiAI Quantum hardware team. Your role will involve collaborating closely with device designers and process integration engineers to create lithography steps for advanced devices, multi-layer metal stacks, and high-yield layouts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize expertise in electron-beam lithography, optical lithography, resist processing, and nanofabrication techniques for superconducting device fabrication. - Work on e-beam lithography systems, OPC, alignment strategies, and high-resolution patterning. - Implement optical lithography, photoresists, lift-off processes, and multi-layer alignment. - Understand superconducting device fabrication and sub-100 nm lithography for enhanced performance. - Apply knowledge of resist chemistry, development optimization, and CD control. - Use metrology tools such as SEM, CD-SEM, AFM, ellipsometry for quality control. - Operate in a cleanroom environment ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Maintain strong documentation, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills for effective workflow. **Qualifications Required:** - MSc/M.Tech/PhD Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field focusing on quantum mechanics or quantum technology. - Hands-on experience with e-beam lithography systems, OPC, alignment strategies, and high-resolution patterning. - Previous exposure to optical lithography, photoresists, lift-off processes, and multi-layer alignment. - Understanding of superconducting device fabrication and sub-100 nm lithography is advantageous. - Proficiency in resist chemistry, development optimization, and CD control. - Familiarity with metrology tools like SEM, CD-SEM, AFM, ellipsometry. - Experience working in a cleanroom environment with attention to detail and safety protocols.,
