To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in video production and shooting, experience with camera operation and setup, skills in lighting arrangements for video shoots, excellent attention to detail and creativity. Your ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will be key to your success. While not mandatory, experience in the multimedia or entertainment industry would be a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred for this position.
