Security, Compliance & Governance Serve as the first point of contact for system issues; troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently. -Regularly review and adjust permissions to align with organizational needs. Maintain security best practices across the platform. Document incidents and resolutions for continuous improvement. Data Integrity & Reporting Ensure compliance with data management principles and maintain historical reporting accuracy. Collaborate with Data Analytics to validate reporting, ensure data quality, and deliver operational insights. Documentation, Training & Support Maintain up-to-date governance, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles, ensuring all materials are accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards Provide training on platform functionalities for core teams and users. Share updates on new features and best practices to maximize engagement. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on CVENT platform enhancements and industry best practices. -Incorporate user feedback to improve system usability and efficiency. Continuous improvement - leverage AI to support the many capabilities of CVENT. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. -Previous experience with the CVENT platform is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing digital platforms, user management, and role-based access control. Experience with event management software, automation tools, and integrations (API, database management) is highly desirable.
