Job Summary

We are looking for experienced candidates for a Life Insurance Sales Executive position in Yerwada, Pune. The role involves explaining life insurance and investment-linked products, handling customer enquiries, generating sales leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain life insurance products, features, benefits, and policy terms to customers.
• Provide information about suitable insurance and investment-linked plans based on customer requirements.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Respond to customer queries related to insurance products and investment-linked plans.
• Explain financial protection and insurance planning options.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Complete follow-ups and other assigned sales activities on time.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance sales is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and the ULIP process.
• Basic understanding of investment products and the share market.
• Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a sales environment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.

Salary and Work Details

• Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000.
• Weekly off: Rotational.
• Work location: Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra.
• Experienced candidates only.
