Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network. Develop and implement strategies for business growth through effective agency management. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Identify new opportunities for cross-selling health insurance products to existing customers. Monitor performance metrics such as premium income, policy count, and retention rates. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in general insurance sales or life insurance sales with a focus on agency channel development. Strong understanding of health insurance products and services offered by various players in the market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines under pressure.
