Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Commerce Executive in the Nuvexo Wellness division at Lickicious. The role is located in Gurugram. The Digital Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing e-commerce performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across online platforms. The role also involves coordinating with various teams to drive online growth and manage product content on e-commerce platforms. Qualifications Experience in e-commerce management, including optimizing online sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce) Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools Skills in data analysis and performance tracking Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Own and scale profitable digital sales across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms by managing growth, margins, visibility, and execution —not just listings and ads. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Growth & Profitability Own end-to-end performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, Supertails Drive revenue, contribution margin, and repeat rate Build channel-wise monthly operating plans 2. Ad & Visibility Management Plan, execute, and optimise ads across all platforms Own ROAS, TACoS, CPC, and ad-led contribution Manage deals, events, and platform promotions with ROI discipline 3. Product Lifecycle & Content Management SKU onboarding, catalogue hygiene, keyword strategy A+ content, creatives, videos, and conversion optimisation Review management and rating defence 4. Quick Commerce Operations Manage city-wise assortment & availability Coordinate replenishment with operations & warehouse Monitor fill-rate, cancellations, SLA breaches, and margins 5. PO, Invoicing & Reconciliation PO acceptance, scheduling, GRN tracking Coordinate invoicing with finance Platform-wise reconciliation and closure of deductions/claims 6. Forecasting & Inventory Signalling Demand forecasting by SKU & channel Monitor ageing, liquidation risk, and slow movers Align demand signals with manufacturing & procurement 7. Marketplace Relationship Management Work closely with platform account managers Resolve listing suppression, pricing flags, and operational issues Participate in new launches, pilots, and growth programs 8. Reporting & SOPs Weekly dashboards (sales, ads, margins) Create SOPs for listings, ads, reconciliations, launches Support audits and compliance documentation What This Role Is NOT Not a pure performance marketer Not a listing operator Not a passive reporting role This is a business owner role for digital channels . Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 3–6 years in E-commerce / Q-commerce operations Hands-on Amazon & Flipkart mandatory Exposure to Zepto/Blinkit/Instamart preferred FMCG / Food / Pet / Consumables experience strongly preferred Skills Strong Analytical, Excel & data interpretation Ads, pricing, and margin thinking Operational discipline Comfortable working with manufacturing & finance teams
